            Individual: Brandon N Geiser, age 50, Maywood, Missouri

            Arrest Date: May 10, 2025

            Arrest Location: La Belle, Missouri

            Arresting Agency: Lewis County Sheriff's Office

            Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance - 4 counts; Operate Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Prior Drug Offense

Incident Background:

            Date of Incident:  May 10, 2025

            Location: La Belle, Missouri

            Time: NA

            Details: On May 10, 2025, a Lewis County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted a traffic stop in La Belle, Missouri for a subject driving without a valid license.  The deputy was given permission to search the vehicle and located several different controlled substances in the vehicle such as methamphetamine, psychedelic mushrooms and prescription medications. Mr. Geiser was then arrested and lodged in the Lewis County Jail.

The Lewis County Sheriff's Office sought official charges through Prosecuting Attorney Chelsea Fellinger. Fellinger applied for a warrant and the Honorable Judge Corey Moon issued said warrant on May 11, 2025. The charges are as follows: four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, all class D Felonies; one count Operate Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License, a class A Misdemeanor and one count Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Prior Drug Offense, a class A Misdemeanor.

Mr. Geiser was released on his own recognizance on May 13, 2025.
